1. The standard rubber-coated steel sheet is a 2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet with a rubber surface of 13mm and a total thickness of 15mm. a) The high wear-resistant rubber-insulated insert steel plate is a 2mm thick cold-rolled plate with a rubber surface of 16mm and a total thickness of 18mm.

installation steps:
1. Clean the surface of the roller and smooth the uneven surface.
2. Place the bar on the roller horizontally, and make sure it is parallel, then clamp the two ends of the bar on the roller with strong forceps.
3. Make sure the bar is flat and weld the plug hole.
4. Lay the plastic inserts flush with the raised wings of the bar, and use strong pliers to clamp the plastic inserts.
5. Place another stopper, allow 1mm back space, and fix it with strong forceps.
6. Confirm the flatness, as shown in the spot welding, and then weld the remaining plug holes after welding.
7. Repeat the above steps until the last plastic insert.
8. If the installation is just completed, if the remaining space is large, use a measuring tool to measure the distance, use a cutting machine and a tool knife to cut the rubber sheet to a suitable size, and use the stopper to fix the last piece.
Precautions:
1. When cutting the rubber insert, the cutting piece should be cut from the steel plate surface, and then the rubber part should be divided with a tool knife to prevent the cutting piece from overheating and damaging the rubber.
2. A single bar should be spot-welded multiple times. The welding time of each welding hole should not be less than three seconds (to prevent the rubber in the welding area from being exposed to high temperature for too long).
3. Arrange welding work reasonably according to the construction environment.
